Do you have an in-house caterer or list of preferred caterers?

Yes, we offer in house catering.

Can I choose my own caterer?

No, food must be purchased from Casa Lucia with the exception of cake and desserts.

Can we bring dessert?

Yes, we just ask that you can provide us with the list of the ingredients so we can address any allergies if we are asked.

Can we BYBO?

No, you must purchase alcohol from us.

Can we provide our own decorations?

Yes, however we do not allow glitter, open flames or anything adhered to the ceilings, walls or fixtures.

Are candles or other open flames allowed?

Candles are welcome at Casa Lucia but they must be in a protective glass, such as a votive. Open flames are strictly prohibited.

How late can we host a function until?

Functions can not run past midnight.

Where can guests park?

Casa Lucia, has plenty of street parking and a parking lot. We are located in a residential neighborhood so we do ask they you respect our neighbors and do not block any driveways.

Payment Policy?

To confirm any date a 50% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due 7 days before the event date.

When do I need to provide our final head count ?

Final Count must be given 2 weeks before your event (The exact date will be noted on your contract)

Is it possible to have my ceremony on the grounds?

Yes, if additional setup and breakdown is required there is an additional charge.

How far in advance can we get to the venue to decorate?

2 hours before, if additional time is needed please let us know and additional time may be purchased.

What is your capacity?

340 without a dance floor, 190 with a dance floor

Can we BYBO?

No, you must purchase alcohol from us.

How long is my event allowed to run?

4 hour is standard, additional time is available for an extra cost.

Do you have a Dressing Room/Bride Room/Green Room?

Yes, we have a separate space that can be rented out.

Do you provide tables for the DJ?

Yes.

Do you have a sound system?

Yes, we do have a built in sound system you may plug an ipad or laptop into.

Is your site handicap accessible?

Yes, there is a ramp located in the back of the building.

What kind of events can I book at your location?

Possibilities are endless, we are happy to accommodate any event.

Are we able to do a walk through?

Yes, please call our office at 781-629-8113 to schedule a time.

Will the site be shared with another event?

Casa Lucia will only have one event per day. However the facility does have two additional spaces that may have other functions at the same time.

Where can our bridal party, guests and family members store things?

There is a private room available for rent or we have a coat closet available in the function room.

Are we required to clean the venue following the event?

We have a cleaning crew come in after your event but we require that you take all of your personal belongings and have all your vendors clean up before we send our cleaning crew in.

Do you have a Dressing Room/Bride Room/Green Room?

Yes, we have a separate space that can be rented out.

If we are holding a wedding ceremony in your space can we do a rehearsal?

Yes! As long as the space is not rented, we are happy to coordinate with you to hold a rehearsal. You are also welcome to rent the space on an hourly basis for your rehearsal if you are wanting to make sure you can access the space. We are happy to work with you to find the right time to rehearse.

Do you require a damage deposit?

There is no damage deposit required, however we require to have a valid credit card and signature on file that will be used to cover any outstanding charges or damages.

Where can guests smoke?

Guests can utilize the outdoor areas to smoke. There is absolutely no smoking inside the facility.

Do you allow confetti or rice?

We prefer you to refrain from these types of items. If you would like to used them, please be aware that there might be an extra cleaning cost.
